The first thing a trainer should do after completing their profile is:
Once you input your client’s mobile phone number they will receive a text message inviting them to join STABLE pro. As soon as they create and account and accept the horse, their information will automatically populate to the horse you added.
Prior to sending bills to clients, a Trainer must connect their Stripe account via the payment information page.
If you add a horse before completing the Stripe set up, the client will not receive the invoice. Please complete Stripe onboarding and then delete and add the horse once more.
Payments from clients to trainers go directly to the trainer; however, it can take up to 7 days from when you created your Stripe account for the funds to be processed.
You will have to select their invoice and check off that the client paid this invoice. It will then be reflected on both your account and the client’s account that the bill has been paid.
Invoices can be viewed, edited, or deleted from the notification page.
In order to continue development, STABLE pro charges a 2% service fee.
This is the service charge for using Stripe, similar to the service fee associated with a credit card.
Trainers can easily add or modify bills for horses as needed in the horse profile page. Do this by selecting the horse that you wish to add or modify the bill to and then select “Add Charge”.
If you change your billing information and a horse has already been added to STABLE pro then the previous amount was already added to the horses invoice. The new amount will be added to the next month’s invoice. This can be manually changed in the horse profile page to reflect your new bill if you need it done right away.
In order to keep things as simple as possible a trainer will need to delete a bill that they are trying to change the “Frequency”, “Duration”, or “amount” of the bill. Then click “Add Charge” and create a new bill to replace the previous.
Yes, trainers can create and manage multiple billing profiles for different horses, allowing for flexibility and customization.
STABLE pro does not impose a limit on the number of horses you can add to your profile.
Clients can log into their portal and accept their assigned horses, thereby accepting the bills associated with them.
Trainers and clients can easily reset their passwords by following the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page.
At the moment, STABLE pro is accessible through web browsers. However, we are actively working on a mobile app for added convenience.
To continue receiving SMS text message notifications clients must click on settings and then “Enable SMS”
